Mild to Wild's flagship sauce, Red Savina Garlic is a carefully blended mixture of garlic and the world renowned Red Savina habanero. For garlic lovers who just can't seem to find a hot sauce full of flavor and heat, this is the sauce for you!

Derived from the habanero chili, the Red Savina pepper was selectively bred to produce a more intense heat. Until as recently as 2007, the Red Savina chili was considered the hottest chili in the world by Guinness World Records. With a Scoville unit between 248,000 and 577,000, it was replaced only by the Naga Jolokia pepper. Developed through GNS Spices by Frank Garcia, the exact method used to select the hottest strains remains a closely guarded secret.

I was at the firey foods festival and tryed a number of Mild To Wild sauces! All very good. I took a bottle home to enjoy later :D

This is a very hot sauce for some people, and it's definitely a bit too much for me if it goes directly on my tongue, but mixed in with things, like chili or soup, it's delicious.

On any kind of egg sandwich, it's unmatchable. On a cheese steak sub, it's unbelievable.

I don't use it on everything, because it just doesn't work on everything, but the things it works well with, it makes them phenomenal.

I've purchased at least 30 bottles over the past couple years, many as gifts to people who flipped over how good a taste the sauce has. Yes, it's hot, but the taste is just incredible and addictive.

My mouth is watering. I need to go get some more.

I read about your Red Savina® Garlic Sauce on the chilehead list and had to try it so I placed an order. I could hardly wait to get home from Oklahoma to taste it, ah.......the anticipation. Had my first taste on Tuesday the 20th now it is Saturday and the bottle is empty. What can I say, I don't possess the words to describe how wonderful your sauce is. It is addictive! I had to order some more today and look forward to that little bottle of heaven when it arrives.
