Are you looking for a Hot Sauce so hot it will literally blow you away? Mild to Wild's Backdraft may very well put you in the burn unit!!
An aged habanero whiskey mash and over 20 different herbs and spices give this extract based sauce a zest that truly lacks that 'extract' flavor.
Mild to Wild's Backdraft is more along the lines of an additive than a hot sauce, therefore immense caution is advised! This sauce was designed to compliment a stew, chili or BBQ and has incredible heat.
Ingredients:
- Habanero mash (Chiles and vinegar aged in Bourbon barrels)
- Brown sugar
- Vinegar
- Tomato paste
- Herbs
- Chile extract
- Natural flavorings
- Xantham Gum (Natural thickener)

This stuff will set you on fire- in a very good way. I cook chili as hot as my wife can stand it, then add some of this sauce. The flavor of the chili doesn't really change- it just gets hotter. And I mean it gets hotter fast. Each drop you add to a pint of chili makes a large, very noticeable difference. I love it hot, but 3 drops is too much for me! Be sure you wash it off your hands if you get any on you. Seriously.

This sauce has got to be one of the most intense heats I've experienced thus far. It has to be over 1 Million scovilles, as I find it hotter than some dried Naga Jolokia we have at home.
The heat explodes as soon as it reaches your mouth and stays pretty constant for the first 5 minutes.
Has a nice flavour to, if you have any taste buds left ;)
